Not completely satisfied with your order? No problem. At Serata, you have up to 14 days after receipt to return your items.

Important return conditions:

• You must return your order within 14 days of receipt
• Return shipping costs are always the customer's responsibility. Serata will refund the full purchase amount to you.
• Custom-made products, such as flapper dresses, cannot be returned
• If you received a free item with your order, you must also return it if you send back your order
• We will refund the original shipping costs, but not any extra costs if you chose a more expensive shipping option
• We may wait to refund until we have received your return or you have proven that you have sent it back
• For exchanges, the item is always refunded. You must place a new order for a different size/item.
  
  

Your order will be shipped with PostNL or DPD, depending on the delivery country. This way, we ensure your package arrives quickly and safely.

As soon as your package leaves our warehouse, you will receive a track & trace code from us, allowing you to easily follow your order.
