Did something break after use, but you handled the item carefully? Then you may be able to use your legal warranty.

As soon as your package leaves our warehouse, you will receive a track & trace code from us so you can easily follow your order.

We do everything we can to ship your order as quickly as possible so you can enjoy it soon.

Return shipping costs are always the responsibility of the customer. Serata will refund the full purchase amount, excluding the return shipping costs.

NOTE: unfortunately, carriers sometimes lose packages. You are therefore responsible for ensuring your return reaches us. If your package is lost and you have no proof (e.g., via tracking or registered mail), we unfortunately cannot process your return and you will not get your money back! Fortunately, this does not happen often, but it does occur.
